Please read the following terms relating to the services, which are provided by Live Life Build A.C.N.632 036 081 (we, us, our, or Live Life Build).
- For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the event document is known as the "DRIVE23 Guide".
- Every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the information provided in the DRIVE23 Guide.
- A significant amount of planning has gone into organising the event, including behind the scenes visits, accommodation, meals. As such, cancellations and refunds are not permitted after registration.
- Itinerary Changes: Live Life Build may, at their discretion, make changes to the itinerary due to circumstances beyond their control. Participants will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
- Should unforeseen events arise or minimum numbers are not reached for all or part of the planned activities, Live Life Build reserves the right to vary the accommodation, or to cancel the event and to refund payment/s made.
- DRIVE23 is only open to ELEVATE members and their partners. Partners may include a spouse/life partner or someone from your business team. To be eligible you must be an ELEVATE member at the time of registration and payment, and at all times up to and including the duration of the event.
- If a member cancels their ELEVATE subscription prior to the event being held, there will not be a refund of any payment/s made, and you will not be permitted to attend the event.
- There is no refund available if you and/or your partner do not attend the Event.
- Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for their own health and safety while at the Event.
- Liability: Live Life Build are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the event
- Acceptance of Terms: By booking and participating in the event, participants are accepting these terms and conditions.
