Iain's entry demonstrated that he provides a high level of detail in his proposal to demonstrate his value to potential clients. Iain adopts the approach of only meeting with clients when all interested parties are present to explain how the proposal is put together, present the price, and outline the next steps, as well as uncover any client concerns. On-site, Iain's proposal becomes the "Bible" for the team, and the high level of detail means site manager is clear on inclusions and exclusions for the project.

Luke's submission showed how he uses the Project Schedule for project execution and communication. Clients are shown a sample during pre-construction. Once their Project Schedule is created, weekly pre-scheduled site meetings are used to keep the client updated, and his Project Manager uses a schedule of regular notifications to subcontractors to avoid information overload and ensure timely delivery. The Project Manager regularly reviews the schedule to stay proactive with task execution.
