These drastically reduced phone calls and emails whilst improving customer relationships. By bundling meetings for all projects on the same day, Anthony gained back hours each week.

As I write this today, I am cashflow positive, tracking to reach my profit goals with a huge amount of great projects ahead of me, with a great team and with the ability to tackle whatever life throws at me with a lot more confidence that my world won’t implode.

He strengthened his ability to have hard conversations when required, not leaving them until later or ignoring them. He learned that actioning issues in a timely manner, although uncomfortable, alleviates much more possible pain later.
He enhanced his mindset to deal with stresses and triggers calmly and strategically, rather than reacting emotionally to every challenge.
