We are a Newcastle based building company specialising in Renovations and Extensions. We have created great relationships over the last 10 years building our clients dreams and have been privileged to get to know all of our clients beyond just a building relationship. Whilst we love the finish product, we take great pride in the stuff you don’t typically see and won’t see following handover.

The National Construction Code specifies the bare minimum we, as builders need to achieve, however we are progressively seeking to build beyond the code in the direction of high performance by delivering healthy, energy efficient homes. Ask us how!

At Leadby Building we are always looking to upskill and seek professional development to better ourselves personally, as a team and as a company. The PAC Process enables us to meet and engage with you through the design phase via a collaboration of Owner, Architect and Builder.
