Down River Building is based in the Clarence Valley in Northern NSW and we are proudly family-owned and operated. Bringing over 30 years of hands-on experience in the local building industry. We build new homes, extensions and renovations with care, honesty, and a real eye for detail.

We know building or renovating can feel a bit overwhelming at times — that’s completely normal. Our job is to make the whole process feel easier, more organised, and even enjoyable. We guide you through each step so you always know what’s happening and feel confident along the way.

From the first ideas through to handover, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life. We work with you on permits, approvals, timelines, budgets, and coordinate all trades, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Located in Woombah, “down river” from Grafton and Maclean, we’re part of the local community and understand the region’s unique environment and climate — which makes a big difference when building here.
