Panelised construction involves the manufacturing of panels, windows, insulation, seals and membranes offsite in a closed and controlled environment. This allows for passive house standards to be guaranteed during a build. The structures can be assessed for airtightness, and dryness and avoid the formation of mould within the walls, floor or roof of the home.

Panelised construction actually allows for greater freedom and flexibility of design. It is completely customisable, and you can still design a home to your particular style and feel. Prefabrication also allows precise construction and a more easily predictable delivery timeframe, keeping the project costs to a minimum. We could assemble your house to lock up in just days.
