Spend 2 minutes breathing slowly before you drive out your driveway in the morning. Set a timer on your phone, or use an app (Breathly is a great one) and get your day started well.

NEXT LEVEL

Think about what else you can do with only two minutes to change your mindset and improve your life. Here’s some examples:

  • Jump on the spot
  • Listen to your favourite song (or better yet - dance to your favourite song)
  • Make the last two minutes of your shower only cold water (and deep breathe at the same time - so great for focus, and health and well-being overall)
  • Journal your goals
